Senior Technicians Only
Every First Class Club visit is performed by a senior technician with NATE credentials — never a trainee learning on your equipment. That is the whole point of the plan: the most experienced eyes in the company, on your system, twice a year.
Two Precision Tune-Ups Per Year
A spring cooling service before the Arkansas heat arrives and a fall heating service before the first freeze — each a full instrument-verified inspection, not a filter swap and a glance.
15% Off All Repairs
Members save 15% on any repair, all year — and because your tech already knows your system from the tune-ups, diagnosis is faster too.
Priority Scheduling + 5% Off New Equipment
Members go to the front of the line — including during July and January crunch weeks — and save 5% when it's eventually time to replace a system.
Fall Service — Heating
Before the first freeze, a senior technician verifies your heating system with instruments — combustion analyzer, manometer, multimeter — so the first cold morning of the year is just another morning.
- Heat exchanger inspection for cracks and corrosion — the carbon monoxide check most tune-ups skip
- Combustion analysis with a calibrated analyzer, including a printed CO reading you keep
- Burner assembly cleaning and flame inspection
- Flame sensor cleaning and microamp signal test
- Igniter resistance test — the #1 first-cold-morning failure, caught in October instead
- Gas pressure and manifold pressure verification
- Flue and vent draft inspection
- High-limit and safety switch testing

Spring Service — Cooling
Before Arkansas summer arrives, your cooling system gets the same instrument-level treatment — charge verified by the numbers, weak parts caught on our schedule instead of failing on the hottest week of July.
- Refrigerant charge verified by superheat and subcooling measurements — not a gauge glance
- Capacitor tested under load — the most common July failure, replaced on our schedule instead of yours
- Contactor inspection for pitting and wear
- Condenser coil deep cleaning (cottonwood season is real in Central Arkansas)
- Evaporator coil inspection
- Condensate drain line flush and pan treatment — the clog that shuts systems down in August
- Compressor and condenser fan amp draw measurements
- Blower amp draw and airflow verification
- Supply/return temperature split measurement
- Duct static pressure reading — the airflow number that predicts early failures
- Thermostat calibration and cooling cycle verification
